What is the difference between Arena and Pinnacle Arena?

Arena: Cycle daily, corresponding ranking rewards will be credited after daily reset timing.
Pinnacle Arena: 7 day cycle，player need to set 3 teams to compete. Corresponding ranking rewards will be credited after every Monday’s reset.
